About Heather –
Heather is the owner and founder of 1852 Media and 1852 Literary. At 1852 Media she provides clients personalized attention so that their vision can shine. She is a licensed
attorney and voracious reader who adores falling in love with a new book. She is passionate about helping clients come up with creative solutions, build their brands and expand their reach. At 1852 Literary she helps authors find new ways to profit off of their ideas through primary and subsidiary rights sales to publishers and developers.
Heather sits on the boards of two non-profits: Green Mountain Book Festival and After Action. She also owns the company Very Vermont, that creates and engraves custom products. When not reading, you can find Heather in Vermont with her goats, her husband or her two adult children.
