WHAT: CIPA Armchair Session: Got Questions about Writing or Editing Your Book? We Have Answers.
WHEN: Wednesday, April 6 , 6:00-8:00 pm
WHERE: Melanie’s home at 1093 E. 3rd Ave., Broomfield, CO 80020
Have you ever wished you could sit with an award-winning editor of best-selling books and get a bit of writing and editing coaching? Now you can! Join award-winning author and editor Melanie Mulhall for an evening of open-ended conversation about your fiction or nonfiction book.
Fiction writers, do you have questions about theme, character development, story arc, dialogue versus narrative mix, or point of view? Nonfiction writers, do you have questions about how to structure your book and be compelling in your presentation of information? Memoirists, do you wonder where to even start? And whether you’re writing fiction or nonfiction, do you have questions about the mechanics (grammar, punctuation, spelling, syntax) of writing?
This is an opportunity to not only get your own questions answered but also learn from other writers.
Light refreshments will be served and serious fun (for us writing geeks) will be had in the comfort of Melanie’s Broomfield home.
