behindthelinesCIPA Member Jeff Miller will be one of six featured authors making presentations at the October 17, 2015 inaugural Rocky Mountain Literary Festival.

Additionally, Miller can be seen on a recent C-SPAN video as one of four historians speaking at a one-day symposium at the Herbert Hoover Presidential Library in West Branch, Iowa. Miller’s  25-minute talk was about WWI’s Commission for Relief in Belgium, his Belgian grandmother, and his nonfiction book, Behind the Lines: The little-known story of German occupation, Belgian resistance, and the band of Yanks who helped save millions from starvation. CIPA Member Hosting Writing Workshop – November 7, 2015

CIPA associate member and successful writer’s coach Teresa R. Funke will be offering her popular writing workshops this Fall. Her next workshop is November 7. Teresa will be holding her popular all-day workshop That Book Inside You: How to Write It, Publish It, Sell It in Loveland. This workshop takes you from idea through the writing and editing process through publishing and on to marketing your finished book.

The day includes lunch, snacks, and Teresa’s highly-rated That Book Inside You Workbook (valued at $40). Teresa will also be offering two-hour classes on key topics such as self-publishing, dialogue, short stories and personal essays, historical fiction, and managing truth in writing. CIPA Member Molly Kate Brown Publishes Debut Book and Hosting Book Release Party on November 13, 2015.
