CIPA College is an intensive three-day course held in Denver, Colorado, where top industry speakers present seminars at the highest level of professional expertise, targeted at independent publishers in Colorado. The student who wins this scholarship is entitled to attend any and all CIPA College sessions, and to join us at our annual EVVY Awards Banquet.
